L R Sharma & Associates (LRSA) is a professional MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) Engineering Design and Consultancy firm delivering innovative, sustainable, and technology-driven engineering solutions for the built environment.
>Founded by Mr. L. R. Sharma, a seasoned engineering leader with over three decades of global experience, LRSA combines international best practices with practical engineering expertise to deliver high-performance building services designs for commercial, healthcare, hospitality, residential, educational, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
Our core strength lies in providing MEP Engineering Design integrated with specialised studies ensuring that every project is efficient, reliable, compliant, and future-ready.
At L R Sharma & Associates, we believe great engineering goes beyond drawings—it creates safer, smarter, and more sustainable buildings that stand the test of time.
At Future Guardians, our vision is to empower students and professionals to make informed, confident, and future-ready career decisions. In today’s rapidly evolving world, where new career paths are emerging and traditional ones are transforming, choosing the right direction has become more complex than ever. We aim to bridge this gap by providing structured, personalized, and practical career guidance.
Our approach combines scientific assessment tools from Edumilestones with real-world insights and mentoring. However, we believe that career decisions should not be based on reports alone. We focus on understanding each individual’s unique strengths, interests, personality, and life goals, and aligning them with realistic opportunities and future industry trends.
We are committed to guiding students in selecting the right streams, courses, and career paths, while also supporting professionals in making meaningful career transitions. Our process involves not only the individual but also parents and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and confidence in decision-making.
At Future Guardians, our goal is simple—to help individuals avoid costly mistakes, save valuable time, and build careers that are both fulfilling and sustainable. We aspire to be a trusted partner in every individual’s journey toward a successful and purposeful future.
“I don’t just give career options—I help you make the right life decision with clarity and confidence."
I use scientific assessment tools like those from Edumilestones, but more importantly, I interpret them in the context of your personality, strengths, and future opportunities—including emerging fields like AI.
Every session is personalised—whether you are a student confused about streams or a professional looking to switch careers.
My focus is simple:

If this is one of the flagship offerings of Future Guardians, I would recommend giving it a stronger branding tagline on the website, such as:

Mohit Sharma began his career on a traditional path, pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), driven by a desire to excel in the corporate world. However, life had other plans for him. While working through the rigors of finance and corporate law, he discovered an unexpected yet powerful interest in astrology. What began as a hobby, where he would spend hours reading about planetary movements and their effects, slowly transformed into a deep passion. His curiosity for astrology grew so intense that he started learning on his own, absorbing every book, article, and resource he could find.
Realizing that this was more than just a fleeting interest, Mohit Sharma decided to formalize his knowledge by enrolling in Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi Branch one of the most prestigious institutions for astrology in India. Over the last five years, he successfully completed Jyotish Alankar, Jyotish Acharya, and advanced research programs in Vedic Astrology, acquiring a profound understanding of the ancient science. But his thirst for knowledge didn’t stop there—he expanded his skill set by studying Palmistry, Numerology and Vaastu, blending these disciplines to provide a holistic approach to his practice.
With a decade of experience under his belt, Mohit Sharma has emerged as a trusted astrologer who helps individuals navigate life’s challenges and opportunities. His consultations are not just about predicting the future but about guiding people to make informed decisions based on astrological insights. Over the years, he has built a diverse clientele, offering personalized consultations to people from all walks of life, both in India and across the globe.
Today, Mohit Sharma is recognized for his expertise in Vedic Astrology and his commitment to helping others understand themselves and their life’s journey through the lens of astrology, palmistry, and numerology. His unique blend of traditional and modern approaches has made him a sought-after consultant and teacher, with a global following that continues to grow.
Driven by a deep desire to guide and empower the next generation, he founded Future Guardians, a career counseling and mentorship initiative dedicated to helping students discover their strengths, make informed career decisions, and prepare for a rapidly changing future. Through practical guidance, industry exposure, and value-based mentoring.
Grow Your Career.
