Sharma currently serves as Director – Systems (Asia) with Ayesa, a leading multinational engineering and technology consultancy recognized among the world's foremost engineering organizations. In this leadership role, he is responsible for driving systems strategy, engineering innovation, digital transformation, quality excellence, and multidisciplinary collaboration across the Asia region. His work contributes to complex engineering and infrastructure projects that positively impact communities and industries across multiple countries.
